ACT® Feeder Chambers - Power Coating™
In operation, this Power Coating™ feeder system is able to maintain the temperature to within +/-0.5ºC at around 1200ºC and control the gob weight to within +/-0.2%.

The first Power Coating™ feeder system was installed at Crystalex in the Czech Republic in March 2001. It was operating well above expectations and required less than half the precious metal than the fabricated direct-heated system it replaced.
